SHIPPING

Free shipping for purchases over $200,000. If the order value is less, shipping costs $10,000.

We work with allied carriers and are subject to their times, terms and conditions.
All shipments are made from the city of Medellín:
-For Medellín and the rest of the metropolitan area, all shipments are express: orders placed on business days before 3pm are delivered the same day until 9pm. Orders placed after 3pm are delivered the next business day.
-To main cities in the rest of the country, shipments take between 2 to 5 business days.
The days start counting from the moment the order was approved. An order is approved when the bank accepts the payment.
Shipping is free for purchases from $200,000 and up, if the order value is less, shipping costs $10,000.

CHANGES AND GUARANTEES

You have a maximum of 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, a maximum of 15 days for changes and 30 days for guarantees. If you are in Medellín we recommend you make the change
directly in the physical store. (33rd Street #66B - 81)
To return the garments, the following conditions must be met:
● The clothes must be clean, NOT worn, nor have they been washed (In the
internal washing label checks if it was washed).
● The garments must be returned in their original packaging and with their
respective labels and size markings and internal washing instructions), do not

The cost of return shipping is assumed by the customer.
